Welcome! Pleasant Hill Estates is a gated community located in the heart of Lewis County, Washington. We are within three miles of downtown Mossyrock and thirty minutes from the Twin Cities of Centralia and Chehalis. They are known for their outlet stores and antique shops.

Within an easy hour and a half commute from Pleasant Hill Estates, are the cities of Seattle, Washington to the north and Portland, Oregon to the south.Take a two-hour drive to the west and you are at some of Washington greatest ocean beaches, Ocean Shores or Long Beach. Two hours to the east and you are in the desert, the fruit and vegetable table of Washington, Yakima.

You can enjoy the Cascade Mountain Range with Mt. Rainier, Mt. Adams and our very active Mt. St. Helens that are only a quick drive away. You can enjoy year round recreation here in Southwest Washington, including hunting, fishing, boating, sailing, camping, hiking and all other forms of outdoor activities. Even winter sports are only a thirty-minute drive to White Pass for skiing and snowmobiling.

 

                 

We are a small community of seventeen lots (soon to be homes). The Abbotts have set aside one lot for the community to use as a park. Even though we are in a country setting, we have paved streets and street lights. Pleasant Hill Estates Homeowner Association is governed by CC&R’s created to protect this unique gated community. A copy of the CC&R’s is available here on our web site for you to review (click here). Pleasant Hill Estates overlooks Mayfield Lake and into the crater of Mt. St. Helens plus a 240° territorial view. On a clear day the view will take your breath away! With the purchase of your lot in Pleasant Hill Estates, you will enjoy full southern exposure all year round.

We have hired Abbott Enterprises LTD. to upgrade the storm water system in Pleasant Hill Estates. They are removing all the open drainage ditches and replacing them with culvert and catch basins. Abbott Enterprises LTD. will be working on the community park throughout the summer of 2006.

Pleasant Hill Estates features Triton Custom Homes Inc. and Viceroy Homes because of their high quality products and workmanship. Triton Custom Homes Inc. has been building both custom homes and Viceroy Homes for a number of years. Currently Triton Custom Homes Inc. is constructing the 2,600 sq ft Pinehurst MKII, Viceroy Home with a RV garage at 161 Pleasant Hill Drive that will be completed by July 4th 2006. We will be updating the progress throughout the construction process.

 

There are many benefits to ownership in Pleasant Hill Estates. As a gated community, you will enjoy the privacy and security of a limited access entry. Only Pleasant Hill Estate homeowners and their guests will be allowed into the community through the gate entry system. There is access within the gated community to a private park for you and your friends to use. Pleasant Hill Estates has its own wells and water systems owned and maintained by Abbott Enterprises LTD. inside the property for their exclusive use. As a close knit community, we can plan activities within our community for our members. We will be planning community activities for our members such as RV trips to Cannon Beach, Oregon, and Harley Rides to Washington’s coastline. The Homeowners Association is currently negotiating to purchase a boat slip at the Mayfield Marina on Mayfield Lake for our homeowners to use. Pleasant Hill Estates is a place for people to come together and have fun!
