The project was completed in 2015 with a 16' wide gravel road winding through the new subdivision and a cul de sac providing a large turn arournd point at the end.  The lots have been thinned out to provide maximum water views, while still maintaining a wooded setting and tree canopy.  All lots have been sold as of 2021.
